Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by NewLeaf St Louis Park Landscapers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services

NewLeaf St Louis Park Landscapers provides landscaping services including but not limited to lawn care, landscape design and installation, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree services, sod installation, outdoor lighting, drainage solutions, seasonal cleanups, commercial landscaping, mulching, and artificial turf installation.

All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from initial assessment or if additional work is required.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Accepted estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. The deposit amount will be specified in your project agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

For ongoing maintenance contracts, either party may cancel with 14 days written notice.

Property Access

You grant us permission to access your property to perform the agreed-upon services. You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and that any pets are secured.

We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other features that are not properly marked or disclosed to us before work begins.

Warranties and Guarantees

We guarantee the quality of our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion, and we will make it right.

Plant materials are guaranteed for 30 days from installation, subject to proper watering and care by the customer. Weather-related plant loss is not covered under this guarantee.

Limitation of Liability

NewLeaf St Louis Park Landscapers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Weather and Delays

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to notify you of any changes to your scheduled service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
